Thriller about Destruction of Russian Industry

Chapter 1. The more dollars, the more debts. It is funny how people with billions of debts are considered to be rich.

After the Second World War the US dollar became the prevalent monetary system. Everyone except for the USSR complied with it. The documents which made the rouble dollar-dependent were signed by Russia in 1994. Herewith Russia lost its financial sovereignty.

The dollar is American debt securities, which means for us this is outsiders’ debts. Any commercial organization’s purpose now is to make profit. And profit is commonly believed to be only the money. In other words, the purpose of businesses in almost any country is American debt service.  
      
We have been busy earning money for more than 20 years. We have been earning debts. The central bank’s policy was aimed at the suppression of private initiatives and large-scale industries curtailing. High interest rates made companies borrow money from the west. Russia owed more than 700 billion dollars by the end of 2014. How in such circumstances could new factories appear in Russia? How can we speak in a serious vein about import substitution? This is impossible, until Russia does not have its own independent monetary system and monetary policy. Let’s develop it!

Chapter 2. Marking of great cattle and smaller kinds. Responsible ones – agencies Moody’s, Fitch and others.  

One of the regulators for the current monetary system is rating agencies and audit companies. Their aim is to “mark”, to brand businesses as “us” or “them”. Investors see objects for investments through a stencil: if there is no necessary statement from an audit expert or if there is no necessary index – then the object does not exist. Every single field of business has its own companies whose statements are recognized by investors. Almost all of these companies are from the USA, and the very few are from Great Britain. The simple formation in Russia of a peculiar rating system or a national audit company without other steps in the field of financial independence will not take effect – why would a system accept an extraneous element?  

A new set of American sanctions against Russia was implied on 12 September 2014. Audit specialists were forbidden to execute most part of procedures they usually have to do for annual reports and conclusions. The output is rather simple – without limiting banks formally to invest in Russian businesses, the investments themselves in the current frame of reference have become impossible, as a matter of principle.  
 
Today the liberals’ statements about the forthcoming unemployment in Russia are taken as the call “Run for your lives!” by the business community. Banks cease credit provision because nowadays they are being visited by those whose photographs could have been seen in the newspapers before. How could they grant a credit, if there are affiliates of Gazprom in the queue? This is not possible! For this reason, banks prefer to hide the money and look around and see what is going to happen next. Very few companies still live by inertia with the bank rates of 22-24%. The real situation lets one to get the money only with the rate of 30-40%. That is the destruction of industry. Natural destruction.  

Chapter 3. 52nd US state.

The USA has got 50 states. From time to time Israel is called the “51st state”. Guess at the first try which country will be called the “52nd state” in the nearest future? The National Security Inspectorate’s building of this country has two flags – the national one and the US flag. The two floors in the building were given to the United States not for nothing. The Americans are present in all government authorities. At the same time our Slavic brothers confess “Yes, everything is just like that. However, we will get new technologies, we will live well”. In this context a famous comedian in “A Letter to Relatives” on YouTube describes graphically the mental capabilities of the Russians. The text and the performance itself are so brilliant that you want to laugh along, but then you get terrified, as behind the laughter there is blood. How many have died, and it does not matter from which side – all of them are ours, they are akin… In the meantime, it is disappointing that the people of Russia are being treated as if they are silly kittens, who live in the TV box. A simple comic sketch is becoming an instrument of further mankind-division policy.        

Recently it came to knowledge from European equipment manufacturers that metallurgic enterprises are going through fundamental modernization. As envisioned, after the smoke of war vanishes, the 52nd state will sparkle with super-modern plants’ chimneys, while Russia shall be, according to the US president, “in tatters”.
