National Association of scrap processing
workers Ruslom.com, and founder of the Network Rusmet.ru, Mr. Victor Kovshevny, made a

during a situation of crisis,
development trends of metals and scrap processing industries in the world and
the mechanisms of application of sustainability indexes. Particular
emphasis was made on the principles of
creating an effective business strategy nowaday. He particularly said, - "One of the major problems of today -
the relationship between Russia and the United States. Today, they are one of
the lowest points of development. This is the worst point since the Cold War.
Our task today is to show the world that Russia is open to everybody. Russia really is needed by the
world and is
a guarantee of its stability. Furthermore we are sure that our country is - the very second pole,
which is needed by all countries, including the United States. Any progression depends on the existence of two poles .... We are confident that both
Russia and foreign scrap processing sphere is a template for the future growth of
the industry recovery. That is the same
industry , which now
procures 90 billion euro to German economy.
But recycling
is not just the economy, it is the caring about the environment, and thus the
future of our planet. We are confident that Russia will be able to show to the world an example of taking care of his land. "

- said Mrs. Dudareva - for many years it has been neglected and we will spam
our wonderful nature. Up to fifty percent of what is thrown out like garbage,
can be easily reused. What is needed is a transition to the industrial processing,
which will involve the most waste in economic turnover . CFD by unanimous decision of all of the governors took a course on resource
